# Guaranteed Offers

> CPL offers with delivery guarantees: first fan deadline, speed commitments, and automatic protection if the contractor misses a target.

Some CPL offers come with a **guarantee badge**. This means the contractor commits to specific delivery timelines — and the platform automatically enforces them.

Guaranteed offers give you more predictability and protection. If the contractor doesn't deliver on time, the order is closed and unspent funds are returned.

## How Guarantees Work

Every guaranteed offer includes two commitments:

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="First Fan Guarantee" icon="clock">
    The contractor promises to deliver the **first subscriber within N days** after accepting your order.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Speed Guarantee" icon="gauge-high">
    After the first fan, the contractor commits to delivering a **minimum number of fans every 7 days**.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

### First Fan Deadline

The contractor chooses how quickly they'll deliver the first fan:

| Deadline   | Meaning                                          |
| ---------- | ------------------------------------------------ |
| **1 day** | First fan within 24 hours of accepting the order |
| **2 days** | First fan within 48 hours                        |
| **3 days** | First fan within 72 hours                        |
| **5 days** | First fan within 5 days                          |
| **7 days** | First fan within 7 days                          |

### Speed Commitment

After the first fan is delivered, the contractor guarantees a **minimum delivery rate per 7-day period** — at least 10 fans per week.

<Accordion title="Example: 100-fan order with guarantees">
  You place an order for 100 fans. The offer has these guarantees:

  * **First fan**: within 2 days
  * **Speed**: minimum 15 fans per 7 days

  The contractor accepts your order on Monday.

  1. First fan must arrive by Wednesday (2 days)
  2. After the first fan, at least 15 fans must be delivered every 7-day window
  3. At 15+ fans per week, the full 100-fan order completes in about 7 weeks
</Accordion>

## What Happens If a Guarantee Is Missed

The platform monitors delivery automatically. If the contractor fails to meet their guarantee:

<Steps>
  <Step title="Order is closed">
    The system **automatically closes** the order. No action needed from you.
  </Step>

  <Step title="You pay only for delivered fans">
    You are charged only for fans that were **actually delivered** up to that point.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Remaining funds are returned">
    The undelivered portion is cancelled and the reserved funds are **returned to your balance**.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Info>This protection is fully automatic. You don't need to file a complaint or contact support — the system handles it.</Info>

## Why Choose Guaranteed Offers

| Benefit                   | Description                                                                      |
| ------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Predictable delivery** | You know when to expect the first fan and the minimum delivery speed |
| **Automatic protection** | If the contractor underdelivers, the order is closed and you get your money back |
| **Higher accountability** | Contractors who set guarantees are more likely to deliver consistently |
| **Easy to filter** | Use the "Guaranteed" filter in the CPL section to see only guaranteed offers |

## How to Find Guaranteed Offers

When browsing CPL offers in your dashboard:

1. Open the **CPL** section
2. Enable the **Guaranteed** filter
3. Offers with a shield badge have active delivery guarantees
4. Check the guarantee terms in the offer details — first fan deadline and 7-day speed minimum

<Tip>Guaranteed offers may cost slightly more, but they offer significantly more protection. For large orders, the predictability is worth it.</Tip>
