# RevShare Format

> Revenue Share model: share a percentage of revenue with contractors who bring subscribers. Eligibility, campaign setup, and how it works.

RevShare (Revenue Share) is a format where OnlyTraffic's contractors (marketers) drive traffic to your page and earn a percentage of the revenue generated by the subscribers they bring. There is no upfront payment — invoices are formed based on accumulated transactions.

## How It Works

## Eligibility

RevShare is a privileged cooperation format. It is not available to all clients by default — only those whose profiles demonstrate stability, quality, and compliance with mandatory criteria.

### 1. RevShare Percentage

The minimum rate is **35%** (including the service fee). Setting a lower percentage is not possible.

### 2. Profile Rating

Your profile must have a **top 3% or lower** creator ranking on OnlyFans. Profiles with a higher rank cannot be connected to RevShare.

### 3. Mandatory Conditions

* Profile registered on the platform for **at least 3 months**
* Completed campaigns with at least **\$10,000** in CPL/CPC traffic spend

### 4. Guarantee

A **guarantee** is required to access RevShare — an amount held on your balance that protects marketers against losses. See [Guarantee Deposit](#guarantee-deposit) for details.

### 5. Content Requirements

You must provide a complete set of content that meets the platform's standards. An offer can only be added when all required materials are in place.

## Campaign Types

When setting up an offer, choose the campaign type:

| **Free Trial campaign** | Free trial links are used to attract subscribers                     |

## Guarantee Deposit

To participate in RevShare, you must maintain a **guarantee** on your balance — funds that protect marketers against losses. If you unexpectedly stop cooperation, these funds are used to cover the operational costs of maintaining these resources.

### How the Guarantee Works

* The guarantee is **required** for all RevShare offers
* The amount **grows proportionally** with your profile's revenue
* Managers monitor the current required amount and adjust it as needed
* The guarantee is **not a payment** — funds stay on your balance and are only used if you breach cooperation terms

## Why RevShare Access Is Limited

In the RevShare model, clients bear no financial risk — all traffic acquisition costs are absorbed by the platform's internal infrastructure. For this reason, only clients and models whose profiles demonstrate stability and the ability to generate predictable revenue are approved for RevShare.

## Grounds for Disabling a RevShare Offer

An offer may be hidden from marketers in the following cases:

* Insufficient guarantee balance or delayed payments
* Missing access to the profile
* Aggressive traffic diversion, as well as redirecting whales to other profiles
* Delayed invoice payments

<Warning>Given that RevShare marketers bear all traffic acquisition risks and expect to earn over the long term, stopping individual campaigns without violations on the marketer's side is not permitted. Termination of RevShare is only possible when the profile is fully removed from the RevShare format and all invoices are paid.</Warning>

* **Set competitive percentages** — research what other models offer to attract top contractors
* **Provide quality content** — better content leads to higher conversion and more interest from contractors
* **Pay invoices on time** — late payments stop campaigns and damage your reputation
* **Start with proven offers** — begin with Pro or Expert level offers for best results
