# Refunds

> Refund of unused funds. Contact your manager and pause all active campaigns. After paying for delivered leads, the remaining balance can be refunded.

You can get a refund if the money hasn't been spent yet. The minimum refund amount is **\$100**. Other cases are reviewed individually.

## How to Request a Refund

    Reach out to your account manager to initiate the refund process.

  <Step title="Stop active campaigns">
    All active advertising campaigns must be paused or completed before a refund can be processed.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Settle delivered traffic">
    Part of the money will be used to pay for fans already delivered. The remaining unused amount stays on your balance.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Withdraw to your wallet">
    Send your **USDC ERC20** wallet address to your manager. The refund is processed within **7 business days** from the time the request is submitted.

## Fees

We refund unused funds minus transaction and processing fees: **3%** (minimum **\$4**).

## Important

<Warning>Refunds cannot be processed while you have active orders or unpaid invoices. Make sure all financial obligations are settled first.</Warning>
