# Client Exits

> What happens if a client stops cooperation on OnlyTraffic. How the platform protects marketers through guarantees and verified clients.

## What If a Client Leaves?

OnlyTraffic takes multiple steps to minimize the risk of a client leaving without paying.

### Verified Clients

We work only with **verified clients** — especially for RevShare, where long-term reliability matters. All clients go through a verification process before they can place orders.

### Guarantee System

Clients maintain deposits on the platform that serve as **payment protection** for marketers. Orders from clients with sufficient deposits are marked with a guarantee badge — the platform can cover your payment even if the client unexpectedly stops cooperation.

### CPL Protection

For CPL orders, you are **always paid for fans you've already delivered**. If a client stops cooperation mid-order, the order is closed and you receive payment for all fans delivered up to that point.

### RevShare Protection

For RevShare, we successfully resolve the vast majority of cases with **full coverage of owed funds**. The combination of verified clients, deposit guarantees, and platform mediation ensures your earnings are protected.

### If Something Goes Wrong

If you ever have concerns about a client or a payment issue:

* Contact your manager immediately through the dashboard or Telegram
* We review each situation individually and work to resolve it in your favor
* In our experience, these situations are extremely rare
