Refunds

You can get a refund if the money hasn’t been spent yet. The minimum refund amount is $100. Other cases are reviewed individually.

How to Request a Refund

Contact your manager

Reach out to your account manager to initiate the refund process.

Stop active campaigns

All active advertising campaigns must be paused or completed before a refund can be processed.

Settle delivered traffic

Part of the money will be used to pay for fans already delivered. The remaining unused amount stays on your balance.

Withdraw to your wallet

Send your USDC ERC20 wallet address to your manager. The refund is processed within 7 business days from the time the request is submitted.

We refund unused funds minus transaction and processing fees: 3% (minimum $4).

Refunds cannot be processed while you have active orders or unpaid invoices. Make sure all financial obligations are settled first.
