How to Refund Money Reserved for Traffic Payment

You can get a refund if the money hasn't been spent yet. The minimum refund amount is $100. To process a refund, you need to contact the manager and stop active advertising campaigns. Part of the money will be used to pay for fans already purchased, and the remaining unused amount will be returned to your balance. We refund unused funds minus transaction and processing fees (3%, minimum $4). To withdraw it to your wallet, you need to send your USDT TRC20 wallet number to the manager. The process takes up to 7 business days from the time the request is submitted.
