3.1.4. To enable and process payouts from Your account balance on the Platform, we collect and process the following payment-related data:

3.1.4.1. Cryptocurrency Payouts: blockchain wallet addresses. By providing a wallet address, You acknowledge and agree that cryptocurrency transactions are public, immutable, and visible on the respective blockchain. We use this data solely for the execution of outgoing transfers and logging financial activity within your account.

3.1.4.2. Card Payouts:

3.1.4.2.1. For individuals: first and last name, date of birth, citizenship, city of residence, bank details, including international bank account number (IBAN) and SWIFT/BIC code.

For companies: registered company name, registration number, legal (registration) address, tax identification code (TIC), value added tax number (if applicable), as well as full identification details of the authorized legal representative acting on behalf of the Agency and managing the relevant account.

If you request a payout through Our Services, the relevant payment provider may collect and process Your personal data, including identification, payment account details, and transaction information, as required to execute the payout and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
