Session Access Agreement

Last updated: 2 December, 2025.

This Session Access Agreement (“Agreement”) is a supplement to the OnlyTraffic Terms of Use and forms part of the contract between you (“User”, “you”) and OnlyTraffic (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By ticking the checkbox and/or providing session access to your creator account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to this Agreement.

If you do not agree, do not provide session access.

1. Purpose of Session Access

You authorize OnlyTraffic to use your active session (for example, a session cookie or access token) for the limited purpose of:

  1. Collecting performance analytics for your offers and traffic.
  2. Creating tracking links and free trial links for your marketing campaigns.
  3. Tracking subscribers, conversions and transactions generated via these links.
  4. Collecting message metadata (without message content) to measure communication efficiency.
  5. For revenue share (revshare) arrangements only – analyzing your posts and mass messages (broadcasts) to understand performance, overlaps and possible traffic cannibalization between different traffic sources.

We do not use your session for any other purpose unless explicitly agreed in a separate written agreement with you.

2. What Data We Collect Through Session Access

When you provide session access, we may automatically collect and process the following limited data from your creator account:

  1. Tracking & subscribers
    • Internal subscriber identifiers or platform IDs (pseudonymized where possible);
    • Information about subscribers acquired via our tracking links / free trial links.
  2. Transactions & conversions
    • Events related to subscriptions, renewals, tips, paid messages, pay-per-view and similar monetization actions;
    • Amount, currency, timestamp, and association with a specific offer / tracking link / traffic source.
  3. Message metadata (no content)
    • Message IDs;
    • Timestamps;
    • Direction and sender type (subscriber / creator / automated response);
    • Counters of sent and received messages per subscriber, campaign or period.

    We do not store or analyze the text of messages or media content, and we do not intentionally use message content for our analytics.

  4. Posts and mass campaigns (revshare only)

    For accounts connected under a revshare model, we may additionally collect metadata about:

    • Published posts and mass campaigns (broadcasts / mass messages);
    • Their timing, targeting and performance metrics (reach, purchases, revenue, etc.);
    • Association with specific traffic sources / tracking links.

    This is used solely to understand how traffic from different partners interacts, whether there is internal overlap (“traffic cannibalization”) and to optimize marketing strategies.

3. What We Do Not Do With Your Session

Using your session, we do not:

  1. Change your password or email;
  2. Edit your profile, pricing, payout details or account settings;
  3. Withdraw funds or change payout methods;
  4. Respond to private messages or initiate conversations on your behalf;
  5. Publish posts or send mass messages on your behalf, unless this is explicitly agreed with you in a separate written agreement;
  6. Access or process message content beyond what is technically necessary to extract the metadata described in Section 2 (and we do not store such content).

Our role is limited to analytics, tracking and campaign tooling, not account management.

4. Your Responsibility and Platform Rules

You understand and agree that:

  1. You remain solely responsible for:
    • Your content, pricing, communication and behavior on any third-party platform (e.g., OnlyFans);
    • Compliance with that platform’s terms of service, acceptable use policies and all applicable laws.
  2. By providing session access, you confirm that:
    • You have the legal right and authority to grant OnlyTraffic access to your account for the purposes described in this Agreement;
    • Such access and our processing of data as described here do not breach your obligations to any third party (including the platform).
  3. Any sanctions against your account (including but not limited to warnings, restrictions, demonetization, temporary suspension or permanent ban) imposed by third-party platforms are your risk and responsibility, even if they occur while you are using our Service.

We are not affiliated with OnlyFans or any other platform and do not control their decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  1. OnlyTraffic is not liable for:
    • Any decisions or actions taken by third-party platforms in relation to your account;
    • Any loss of revenue, profit, subscribers or opportunities caused by changes in platform rules, moderation decisions, technical issues or account sanctions;
    • Any losses resulting from your misuse of session access, violation of platform rules or applicable law.
  2. Our total aggregate liability in connection with session access and this Agreement is limited as set out in our Terms of Use and shall in no event exceed the fees actually paid by you to OnlyTraffic for the relevant period, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Security and Session Revocation

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we process. However:

  1. You understand that no system is 100% secure, and you accept the residual risk inherent in online services.
  2. You are responsible for:
    • Protecting access to your device and browser;
    • Not sharing your passwords with third parties;
    • Promptly revoking session access if you suspect misuse (e.g., by logging out from all devices or changing your password on the platform).

You may stop our access at any time by revoking the session or disconnecting your account from OnlyTraffic. Revocation does not affect analytics already collected in accordance with this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

7. Relationship with Other Documents

This Agreement:

  • Supplements and does not replace our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  • In case of conflict, the Terms of Use prevail over this Agreement, except where local law requires otherwise.

By ticking the checkbox and/or continuing to use the extension after providing session access, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Session Access Agreement.
