CPL Offer Terms
We are a platform where you can find marketers and purchase traffic from them on a CPL model.
Our goal is to ensure transparency, safe deals, and convenient analytics tools.
It is important to understand that traffic quality, conversion to sales, and ROMI vary from marketer to marketer and depend on many factors.
1. Studying statistics and assessing risks
Before placing a CPL order, you are obliged to:
- carefully study the offer description and the marketer’s statistics;
- independently assess the risks of buying traffic from this specialist;
- take into account the performance spread across other campaigns of this marketer.
We, as a platform, provide all the necessary tools for analysis (statistics, reports, offer data), but you make the purchase decision and bear all related risks.
If the marketer fulfills their obligations, complies with the platform rules and deadlines, early cancellation of the order is not possible.
2. Preparation time before the traffic launch
From the moment your order is accepted to the actual start of traffic, it may take from 1 to 7 days.
This is normal: the marketer needs time for:
- preparing creatives and funnels,
- setting up ad accounts,
- testing hypotheses before scaling.
Please take this timeframe into account when planning your campaigns and expectations.
3. Lack of traffic and offer stoppage
If the marketer stops driving traffic for a previously accepted offer and there are no leads within 5 days from the launch date, you can:
- contact your account manager on the platform,
- clarify the status of the order and the reasons for the traffic stoppage,
- where possible, initiate order cancellation or adjustment of the terms.
Each case is reviewed individually, taking into account the volume of traffic already delivered and compliance with the platform rules.
4. Restrictions and conditions for new clients
Additional safety restrictions apply to new clients:
- CPL orders can be placed only with partners of level Base and above;
- this helps reduce risks and prioritize working with marketers that already have a track record and statistics on the platform.
5. Conversion to sales and ROMI
It is very important to understand that final sales and ROMI depend not only on traffic quality.
The results are influenced by:
- your business models, offers, pricing;
- the quality of your product and service;
- the speed and quality of lead processing (CRM, scripts, sales processes);
- creatives, content, funnel setup;
- seasonality, demand, competition, and an element of randomness.
Even with the same marketer, ROMI and conversion can vary greatly from one campaign to another.
The platform cannot guarantee you any specific sales or profit results.
6. Recommendations for evaluating traffic quality
To make your evaluation more objective, we recommend:
- Starting with minimum volumes of traffic purchase from a new marketer.
- If you see that the traffic does not suit you at all (in terms of quality, geo, user behavior), do not continue scaling the volume.
- Drawing conclusions about traffic quality and performance stability on a volume of at least 1,000 fans (subscribers/leads) from a single marketer.
- Comparing statistics over several periods rather than a single purchase.
These recommendations help reduce subjectivity, smooth out the impact of randomness, and make more balanced decisions.
7. Platform responsibility
We are a platform that:
- provides infrastructure for safe interaction between clients and marketers;
- offers tools for analytics and control;
- monitors compliance with platform rules;
- in case of violations by a marketer, may restrict their access and apply sanctions.
At the same time, you agree that:
- the platform is not responsible for your commercial results (ROMI, profit, sales);
- the platform does not guarantee the payback of your advertising campaigns;
- the decision to work with a specific marketer is made by you independently, based on the provided statistics and your own risk assessment.
Our guarantee is transparency, fair processes, and compliance with the rules.
But the final result of any campaign is always a combination of your internal business processes and the marketer’s work.
8. Contacting your manager
If you still have questions about:
- statistics,
- CPL terms,
- a specific marketer or offer,
you can always contact your account manager on the platform.
They will help you:
- interpret the numbers,
- suggest possible next steps,
- pass your questions on to the marketer.
9. Refund policy
All refund-related questions for CPL orders are governed by the official OnlyTraffic Refund Policy: https://onlytraffic.com/ru/refund_policy
Please review it carefully before placing an order.
