Swaps Offer Terms & Conditions

We are a platform where you can find partners for mutual fan exchanges (“swaps”) between model pages.

Our role is to provide clear rules, a safe swap mechanism, and convenient tools for tracking performance.

It is important to understand that the quality, activity, and purchasing power of fans depend on the specific pages and swap participants and cannot be guaranteed by the platform. We provide the infrastructure, but you make the decision to join a swap and accept all related risks.

1. How the swap mechanism works

A swap is a mutual exchange of fans between two pages:

• on your side, one selected profile (page) participates;
• on your partner’s side, one of their profiles participates.

Each side agrees to deliver the specified number of fans to the partner’s page within the agreed conditions (volume, deadlines, guarantee option, etc.).

2. Creating and selecting swap offers

You can work with swaps in two ways:

1. Create your own offer in the “My offers” section

   You configure:

   • the profile (page) that participates in the swap;
   • required fan volume;
   • timeframes for delivery;
   • guarantee (optional guaranteed payment parameters);
   • any additional conditions.
2. Choose an existing offer in the “All offers” section

   You browse available swap offers from other users and send a request to participate.

Once a match is found between two participants, both sides move on to confirmation.

3. Swap request confirmation and order creation

When you send or accept a swap request:

• after both sides confirm, an order is created in the “Orders” section;
• the order contains all swap details, including:

  tracking links, parameters, statistics tracking, guarantee settings, etc.

If a swap request is not confirmed by the other party within 3 days, it is automatically rejected and not launched.

4. Swap execution and guaranteed payment

4.1. Standard swap

In a standard swap:

• you deliver the agreed number of fans to your partner’s page;
• your partner delivers the same volume of fans to your page;
• each side is responsible for fulfilling its own obligations regarding volume and deadlines.

4.2. Swap with guarantee (guaranteed payment)

When creating an offer, you can enable a guarantee (guaranteed payment):

• you set a price per each missing fan (underdelivered fan);
• if your partner does not deliver the declared volume within the agreed time,

  you receive compensation for missing fans based on the specified rate;

• in the opposite case, if you fail to deliver the volume,

  your swap partner receives compensation, which is deducted from your balance.

Important: the guarantee covers only financial compensation for volume and does not guarantee the quality, activity, or purchasing power of fans.

5. Rules for swap participants

By engaging in swaps through our platform, you agree to follow these rules:

1. Respecting volumes and deadlines

   The participant must deliver the agreed fan volume within the timeframe specified in the swap, counting from the moment the request is confirmed.

2. Using the specified profile

   The participant must drive traffic from the exact profile (page) indicated in the swap. Switching to another profile without agreement is not allowed.

3. Excluding major clients

   Each participant excludes their major clients from the swap traffic.

   At the same time, both sides mutually expect to receive real and potentially paying fans, to the best of the partner’s usual performance.

4. Content and texts

   The participant must provide all necessary creatives and texts for the swap.

   If no texts are provided, the swap partner has the right to create them independently (within platform rules).

5. Limit on the number of active swaps

   You cannot participate in too many swaps at the same time, since this negatively affects the quality and speed of fan delivery.

   We limit the number of allowed active swaps for a single profile on our platform.

6. Respecting rules and other participants

   You must respect platform rules and behave fairly towards others.

   In case of repeated violations, we reserve the right to:

   • restrict your account;
   • limit your pages’ participation in swaps;
   • completely revoke access to the swaps section.

6. What the platform provides

As a platform, we provide:

1. Reliable data about pages

   We provide up-to-date information about the page that created a swap offer, as well as statistics on past swaps of this profile within our platform.

2. Tracking links and statistics

   We organize statistics tracking for swap links.

   The depth and scope of data depend on the settings of the specific swap offer and the analytics tools you use.

3. Guarantee mechanism

   We provide the technical implementation of guaranteed fan exchange, including:

   • tracking declared volumes;
   • calculating missing fans;
   • debiting and crediting compensations within the guarantee logic.
4. User-friendly interface

   We provide an interface to:

   • find partners,
   • create and manage offers,
   • manage orders,
   • monitor swap performance.
5. Access to a large offer base

   Thanks to the OnlyTraffic client community, you gain access to a large pool of offers and model pages ready to participate in swaps.

6. Moderation and enforcement

   We moderate the swaps section and reserve the right to restrict access for users who:

   • violate platform rules,
   • abuse the guarantee mechanism,
   • systematically fail to meet their obligations.

7. Platform liability and disclaimer

We provide infrastructure and tools but are not a party to your commercial relationship regarding the actual fan exchange.

You agree that:

• the platform is not responsible for:
  • the quality, activity, or purchasing power of acquired fans;
  • your commercial results (sales, profit, ROMI);
  • your partner’s decisions and actions, as long as they formally comply with platform rules and mechanics;
• the platform does not guarantee:
  • any specific performance indicators;
  • the payback or effectiveness of your marketing activities;
• choosing a partner, evaluating their statistics, and deciding to participate in a swap are entirely your own responsibility.

Our guarantee is a fair and transparent swap mechanism, accurate volume tracking, a working guarantee system, and enforcement of platform rules.

All business results, monetization, and outcomes are a consequence of your internal processes and your work with the audience.

8. Platform fee

For using the swaps infrastructure and our tools, a platform fee is charged:

$0.1 per each fan you receive.

The fee may be updated in the future, with prior notice to users in accordance with our platform policy.

9. Refunds and disputes

All financial and refund-related matters for swaps (compensations, guarantee payments, etc.) are governed by the official OnlyTraffic Refund Policy: https://onlytraffic.com/ru/refund_policy

In case of disputes, decisions are made in accordance with this policy.
