What Are Guarantees?

Guarantees are delivery speed commitments you set on your CPL offer. When you enable guarantees, you promise to deliver fans within specific timeframes. In return, your offer gets a guarantee badge that makes it more attractive to clients.
Offers with guarantees consistently receive more orders than offers without them. Clients prefer working with marketers who commit to delivery timelines.

Guarantee Types

There are two guarantee components that work together:

First Fan Guarantee

You commit to delivering the first fan within N days after accepting an order. Available options:

Speed Guarantee

After delivering the first fan, you commit to delivering a minimum number of fans per 7-day period. The minimum you can set is 10 fans per 7 days.
You set your offer to:
  • First fan: within 2 days
  • Speed: minimum 15 fans per 7 days
A client places an order for 100 fans, and you accept it on Monday.
  1. You must deliver the first fan by Wednesday (2 days)
  2. After the first fan, you must deliver at least 15 fans every 7-day window
  3. If you consistently hit 15+ fans per week, you’ll complete the 100-fan order in about 7 weeks
Both guarantee fields must be set together — you cannot enable just one. If you offer guarantees, you need both a first fan deadline and a speed commitment.

What Happens If You Miss a Guarantee?

The system automatically monitors your delivery against your guarantee commitments. If you fail to meet a guarantee:
  1. The campaign is automatically paused
  2. You are paid only for the fans you actually delivered
  3. The remaining undelivered portion of the order is cancelled
This protects clients from slow or stalled deliveries while ensuring you’re still paid for the work you did complete.
Set guarantees that you can consistently meet, even during slow periods. It’s better to set conservative guarantees and overdeliver than to set aggressive ones and risk violations.

CPL Order Payments

In the CPL format, client funds are reserved at the time the order is placed. This means you are guaranteed to receive payment for all delivered fans — regardless of what happens with the client.

Setting Up Guarantees

You configure guarantees when creating or editing an offer:

Open your offer settings

Go to My Offers and click edit on your offer (or create a new one).

Enable the guarantee checkbox

Check “I guarantee delivery speed” in the Guarantee section.

Set first fan delivery period

Choose how quickly you’ll deliver the first fan: 1, 2, 3, 5, or 7 days.

Set 7-day speed minimum

Enter the minimum number of fans you’ll deliver per 7-day period (minimum 10).

Save your offer

Your guarantee badge will appear on your offer immediately.
