A pool is one cross-promo campaign: hosts (pages that publish) promote targets (models being promoted) in the formats you enable. One pool can mix all five formats, and the same model can be both a host and a target.
Keep pools running instead of launching them as one-off campaigns: with a steady rotation across your pages, cross revenue grows by up to 80%.

Pools list

  • Tabs Current, Active, Paused and Ended; archived pools sit behind the Archived button next to the search.
  • Each row shows the publishers and promoted models, the date window with a progress bar, the published count by format, the results (views; clicks and subscribers for posts and mass messages) and a status switch: pause or resume a pool right from the list.
  • An amber warnings note under the status means a publisher lost account access or a promoted model has no creative for an enabled format.

Pool page

Click the pool name to open it. The page has four tabs.
  • Progress against the plan: day N of M, published against planned, on pace or behind.
  • Chart of publications per day, stacked by format, against the dashed plan line. Failures are a red tick under the axis, the legend toggles formats, the tooltip shows the day and the last seven days against the plan. Whole pool shows the same by week.
  • Results in three views. By format: published (and what today added), views, views per placement, each format’s share of views, and for posts and mass messages the subscribers, clicks, CR, revenue and ARPU (what the campaign subscribers paid, before the platform fee); “syncing…” until the first hourly sync. By publisher: published, failed, views, last publication. By promoted model: published, views, clicks, subscribers; expand a model to see what each of its creatives brought.
  • Latest activity, and an amber N warnings chip that opens the members that cannot work right now: a publisher without access (with a fix link) or a promoted model without a creative for a format (with a link to add one).
Subscribers won through the pool’s tracking links. Only posts and mass messages with {tracking_link} are attributed; stories, bio and friends are not. The numbers update only while the promoted model’s account access is active.
  • Totals: subscribers, fan spend, ARPU, fans with 3+ messages and buyers, subscribers and spend per day.
  • Every fan with the publisher, promoted model and creative that most likely brought them (an estimate: the last placement with the link live at subscription time; several publishers share one link, so when no such placement exists the source stays blank) and what they spent. Expand a fan for the payment history.
The same form as pool creation, everything described below.
The pool’s placements with the same monitoring numbers as the placements page: status, views, sent and viewed counts for mass messages, warnings, and unsend for a live mailing.

Creating a pool

The form has four steps. The footer shows the forecast and the warnings to look at before saving.

Who

Publishers and promoted models, with hints about account access, creatives and membership in other pools. A mutual pool makes everyone both publish and get promoted.

The formats, each with its own settings (see below).

Schedule

  • Start and end dates: presets for a week, two weeks, a month (default), three months, or Never to run until stopped by hand.
  • Past the end date the pool completes on its own. Editing a non-archived pool reactivates it.
  • Statuses: Active, Inactive (paused or completed) and Archive (final).
  • Repeat interval (default 3 days) keeps the same target from appearing on the same host in the same format too often. It is counted per pool.

Formats and limits

Mass DM audience

  • Send to: the OnlyFans lists the message goes to, by name: the built-in Fans and Following or your own lists.
  • Exclude lists: lists removed from the audience even when they overlap Send to. * stands for any characters, also none, anywhere in the name: *NO MASS* covers every list with those words.
  • Names are looked up on every publisher’s page right before a send. Only letters and digits are compared: emoji, punctuation, spacing and case are ignored, so NO MASS finds ⛔️NO MASS⛔️ and ⛔️ NO MASS ⛔️ · AK alike.
  • Check availability and reach in the Mass DM tile shows, per publisher, which lists were found, who is excluded and how many fans the message reaches; a pattern that matches nothing on a page is listed with the closest names that page has. Lists come from a copy refreshed every hour, Refresh from OnlyFans re-reads them on the spot.
  • Unsend previous: the earlier promo mailing that reached the same fans is unsent before a new one goes out.
A publisher without a Send to list is skipped. A missing exclude list does not stop the send: the mailing goes out and the log carries a note naming the list, so fix the name before the next one.

Rotation

  • Equal: every target gets roughly the same share of mentions.
  • Priority: drag targets into order; higher rows get placements first. Each row shows the model’s price, subscribers, top-performer score and a per-format mention forecast.
  • By weights: give every promoted model a weight from 1 to 5. Mentions are shared in proportion to the weights (3 against 1 means three times as often), so the top model gets more without taking everything; the repeat interval still applies.
Before launching, the form shows an estimate of total mentions per target for the campaign window (or per month for endless pools).
