A pool is one cross-promo campaign: hosts (pages that publish) promote targets (models being promoted) in the formats you enable. One pool can mix all four formats, and the same model can be both a host and a target.

Schedule

  • Start and end dates: presets for a week, two weeks, a month (default), three months, or Never to run until stopped manually.
  • Past the end date the pool completes automatically. Editing a non-archived pool reactivates it.
  • Statuses: Active, Inactive (paused or completed) and Archive (terminal).

Per-format Settings

FormatSettingRange
StoryStories per account per day, spread evenly through the day1 to 20
PostPosts held on an account simultaneously. Each post lives the chosen time (1 / 3 / 5 / 7 days), then it is deleted and a fresh one goes out. The form shows the resulting cadence, for example “a new post every 24h”1 to 20
BioRefresh interval: how often the promo line is replaced with the next targetevery 3 / 5 / 7 / 14 / 30 days
FriendsRefresh interval for the top-3 batchevery 3 / 5 / 7 / 14 / 30 days
Repeat interval (default 3 days) prevents the same target from appearing on the same host in the same format too often. It is counted per pool.

Rotation and Priority

  • Equal: every target gets roughly the same share of mentions.
  • Priority: drag targets into order; higher rows get placements first. Each row shows the model’s price, subscribers, top-performer score and a per-format mention forecast.
Before launching, the form shows an estimate of total mentions per target for the campaign window (or per month for endless pools).
